Stephanie MARIA Austin.(Owner)
I’m a lady of many names. Stephanie is my legal name, Maria is my work name and Honey is my nickname. I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2007. I am the youngest girl of 6 kids. I have 3 older sisters and 2 younger brothers. I was born and raised in Bremerton. I have had a passion about hair since I was in high school. I am married to a Barber from Florida named Chase who owns his shop on Bay st. and we have 4 wild dogs! I love to do transformations, fashion colors, and short haircuts. I don’t “specialize” in one thing because I love it all and I put my heart and soul in every head I work on. I worked 13 years as a stylist at a commission salon and in 2020 I had the opportunity to open Salon Virtue. Blood, sweat, and tears went into it and with the help of family, friend, and loved ones, our dreams came true!

My name is Christi Gangstad. I'm from a small town in Alaska, but I've resided and embraced the Pacific Northwest as my home since I moved here. I'm an avid animal lover and I love exploring the outdoors. I've built my life around creative, beautiful spaces. Im a lover of art in any capacity. Ive been captivated by art ever since I was a young child. I have been practicing cosmetology for almost 10 years now- transforming and creating looks for every individual client. I truly enjoy making my clients feel beautiful- inside and out. My goal is to educate and influence men and women in their hair integrity and health. I look forward to meeting you.
